Jordan, I am sorry to learn of your heart condition and I hope the surgery went well. I went to fill out your survey, but honestly I couldn’t decide. I want both local and national news. I want both investigative reporting and opinion. I would say to do what you feel you do best and then let us know when there are people and research outlets you feel are worth supporting. Thank you. Godspeed in your recovery. Celia
absolutely correct, and in as much as i have moved far to the left of the neoliberal "center" and propaganda, i must be circumspect and subjective as to the publications i will support
There are probably millions of 2008 aftermath stories. As a country we still need to talk about and fix the financial system in order for us to save democracy.
Love you blogs - I'll subscribe if you can book these interviews. :)
Strange that you can’t answer them, I’m pretty sure I had them open for everyone! I appreciate the kind words and if you want to reply to the email with answers, I’ll definitely read and include them in my assessment!
Oooh, well that’s both a relief and really kind of you to say! I tend to have pretty broad interests, too, so hopefully the semi-eclecticism of the newsletter is a positive thing.

This!
Keep up the magnificent work!
I like your newsletter, but I have so much to read and everyone wants a separate subscription . . . .

Totally understand, there’s so much out there from so many great journalists, it’s overwhelming to me too!
I would like to suggest an interview - Bill Black - How to Rob a Bank is to Own One.
I’ll look into it, thank you!
I'll give you a head start ;) https://www.thecon.tv The Con.

Best wishes for your full recovery.
Like what I'm getting from you, and am a paid subscriber, although I probably don't pay enough!
I love your work. Keep it the way it is or change it a little. I am so there!
I can't answer half the questions! I'm a paid subscriber, and I like your rather eclectic, but always progressive, approach!
Same.

"Can't" in the sense that I can't choose one of your options!
I'm a New College person, Jordan. My interests are too broad, and your journalism always interesting (and worth my subscription dollar).

This has an appreciated uniqueness.
Thanks for the "real" investigative journalism. We need it more than ever, especially considering the sad state of the NYTimes.
