Cory Hill comes across as being bitter and angry, and SURPRISE, SURPRISE, bias, which unfortunately isn't uncommon for a self-proclaiming "journalist."

Regardless who is the next POTUS the minimum wage will not be increasing. Biden/Harris has 4 years to address minimum wage and ignored doing do.

Yes Trump "has voiced opposition to raising the minimum wage," but so had Biden/Harris via their inaction for the past for 4 years.

There’s a difference between being bitter and feeling angry, especially when it’s on behalf of millions of people with whom you share a common experience and directed at somebody who has regularly denigrated them. Did you ever work food service jobs?

What part of "Trump "has voiced opposition to raising the minimum wage," but so had Biden/Harris via their inaction for the past for 4 years." didn't you understand?

Do you think that Harris will do better by fast food worker, which "yes" I have worked as, than Trump?

Instead of writing a blatantly "taking cheap shots at Trump" price, why not write that regardless who occupies the Oval office the minimum wage won't be increasing to keep up with inflation?

As I pointed out Biden/Harris had 4 years to address minimum wage, but didn't. Why do you think Harris will if she becomes the next POTUS?

Your memory of why the minimum wage was not increased seems to be lacking specificity. There are an abundance of items for which the Biden/Harris administration deserves scathing criticism, but it has worked overtime to help low wage workers, generally to the great chagrin of corporate employers. Equating Trump’s record on workers and wages with Biden’s is silly, and saying that nothing will change no matter who wins is misleading and nihilistic.

Thanks for Corey‘s excellent analysis and commentary!

Regarding the polls, it would be helpful to understand how Republicans rig their polls— such as arbitrarily classifying certain groups of likely voters as not really likely.

Thanks again!

The polls are rigged in various ways, including how samples are weighted, how questions are asked, and like you mention, who gets considered a likely voter. Probably other ways, too!
